Summary: It maybe because we stayed during the hottest week in the year. It was like living in a hot box and they had only one table fan. The apartment floor, elevator and surroundings were dirty. The area behind the apartment seemed pretty unsafe. Someone threw a piece of glass from the next building which landed infront of our car (this was right before we got the keys). Maybe it was just our experience. We decided to checkout in a day. Hope they return the deposit

Summary: I was planning to give Sky9 a "zero" rating, but in all fairness, the apartment was quite nice. The issue has been their advertising: on Expedia, the location shows as being on Karl Popperstrasse close to the main train station; in reality it is nearly a mile away. So far away, that the wheels on my new luggage disintegrated from the beating. Also, the reservation on Expedia allowed for free cancellation for no additional cost, but Sky9 indicated their reservation system didn't allow for such. Also, the unit was advertised as having a king and queen bed, which was really more like a king (maybe) and a pull-out sleeper sofa. So, if you don't mind a bit of a walk to the actual location and pay attention to the reservation policies, this could be a good deal. We only needed the apartment for one night; if we'd had an extended stay, the positive aspects of the apartment would have offset the inconveniences. So, for the right travelers, this could be a good unit, but be aware.

Summary: We found the photos on the description are very misleading, as the photos are clearly photoshopped to make them more appealing than they actually are. The facility are very basic and there is not any view to the city, just a court yard from balcony. We thought there is a swimming pool to use according to the photos, actually there is no swimming pool, but the swimming pool is in another location and you need to pay to use it. After stayed in this apartment, we were contacted by the people running the business to ask us to give above current score in order to get 5 euro back. I declined to do so, as it is fraud and not true to the experience we had. It was very hot in May as it is a penthouse and there is no air-con, it will be sweltering in the summer.
